We offer a variety of massage services, including aromatherapy massage, Thai massage, and lymphatic drainage massage. Our therapists are trained in a range of techniques and use only the highest quality natural and organic products.

Kei Yin Polices & Warnings
Cancellation/ Reschedule
- Cancellations & Rescheduling must be 24 hrs prior to your appointment
- Late cancellations will be charged $50.00
- To clients who have a current package with me, late cancellations will result in a session removed from your package.
- To cancel or reschedule directly call or text 216 245 2324
No Show/ Late Arrival
- No show/No call will be charged 100% of your treatment
- If you would like to reschedule, you must pay the deposit fee again to book a new session or package session
- If you do not show up to your appointment you will not be able to get a refund for your reserved service.
- All clients have a 10 minute grace period to show up from their appointment time.
- Any late arrival past our grace period will result in your service time being shortened and or completely canceled
- Deposits are non-refundable; there are no refunds or exchanges with services.
Pregnancy / Medical Info
- Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment
- Certain treatments may not be advisable for you
- I do not offer prenatal massages.
